Furthermore we will not be required to provide you with information on our costs and associated charges. However, it is G-Force Capital's policy to provide the same level of detail on such issues to our professional clients.</li><li>We are entitled to take into account your categorisation as a professional client when providing you with a general description of the nature and risks of designated investments.</li><li>If we make a personal recommendation to you, we will be entitled to assume that you have the necessary level of experience and knowledge to under-stand the risks involved in the transaction. </li><li>If we carry out an order on your behalf, we are obliged to provide you promptly with the essential information concerning the execution of the order. We are not obliged to send you a notice confirming the execution of the order within the time periods required by the FCA for orders for retail clients. Jarvis Investment Management, who may provide trade confirmations on our behalf, will apply the same categorisation to you as ourselves and also will not be subject to the detailed reporting requirements for retail clients. </li><li>In certain circumstances, we or Jarvis Investment Management may be entitled to perform actions on your behalf relating to client assets or client money, having notified you in advance, which we would be unable to perform without your express consent or your signature, if you were a retail client. </li><li>As a professional client you will lose the right of access to the Financial Ombudsman Service. </li><li>You are likely to have fewer rights to compensation in the event of our insolvency from the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.  </li></ul>

I declare that I qualify as a per se Professional Investor because I fall into one of the categories below: (1) an entity required to be authorised or regulated to operate in the financial markets. The following list includes all authorised entities carrying out the characteristic activities of the entities mentioned, whether authorised in the UK or a third country: <ul><li>a credit institution</li><li>an investment firm</li><li>any other authorised or regulated financial institution</li><li>an insurance company</li><li>a collective investment scheme or the management company of such a scheme</li><li>a pension fund or the management company of a pension fund</li><li>a commodity or commodity derivatives dealer</li><li>a local authority</li><li>any other institutional investor</li></ul> (2) in relation to MiFID (or equivalent) business a large undertaking meeting two of the following size requirements on a company basis: <ul><li>a balance sheet total of €20m</li><li>net turnover of €40m</li><li>own funds of €2m</li></ul> (3) in relation to business that is not MiFID (or equivalent) business a large undertaking meeting any of the following conditions: <ul><li>a body corporate which has (or any of whose holding companies or subsidiaries has) (or has had at any time during the previous two years) called up share capital or net assets of at least £5 million (or its equivalent in any other currency at the relevant time)</li><li>an undertaking that meets (or any of whose holding companies or subsidiaries meets) two of the following tests:</li><li>a balance sheet total of €12.5m</li><li>net turnover of €25m</li><li>an average number of employees during the year of 250</li><li>a partnership or unincorporated association which has (or has had at any time during the previous two years) net assets of at least £5 million (or its equivalent in any other currency at the relevant time) and calculated in the case of a limited partnership without deducting loans owing to any of the partners</li><li>a trustee of a trust (other than an occupational pension scheme, SSAS, personal pension scheme or stakeholder pension scheme) which has (or has had at any time during the previous two years) assets of at least £10 million (or its equivalent in any other currency at the relevant time) calculated by aggregating the value of the cash and designated investments forming part of the trust's assets, but before deducting its liabilities;</li><li>at least 50 members and</li><li>assets under management of at least £10m (or its equivalent in any other currency at the relevant time)</li></ul> (4) a national or regional government, including a public body that manages public debt at national or regional level, a central bank, an international or supranational institution (such as the World Bank, the IMF, the ECB, the EIB) or another similar international organisation; (5) another institutional investor whose main activity is to invest in financial instruments (in relation to the firm's MiFID or equivalent third country business) or designated investments (in relation to the firm's other business). This includes entities dedicated to the securitisation of assets or other financing transactions.

A retail investor is an individual who invests their personal savings in financial markets, typically having smaller investment portfolios or less market knowledge compared to institutional investors or professional traders.Note: If, in certain circumstances, your advisor deems it more appropriate to categorise you as a professional client or an eligible counterparty, they will write to you and explain the reasons why; including to inform you of any loss of protection or variation in the Terms &amp; Conditions that may result from being categorised as anything other than a retail client.<ul><li>Please note that as a retail investor, there may be certain regulations and restrictions that apply to your investments.
